Cohort 01 · Applied AI · The GeoCities moment

Learn to build AI
the way the web
used to be built.

Before the courses got optimised. Before the certificates meant nothing. Six weeks. Ten seats. Two 1:1s a week with the engineers shipping production AI this Tuesday. You leave with one system live in your stack — built by hand, the way the early web was built. Not notes. Not a certificate. A thing that exists.

The market is
spectators teaching
spectators.

The 90s web was built by students, hobbyists, and seventeen-year-olds with a modem — people who built because being online meant something. Then the money arrived and the personality left. AI is in the same moment, right now. A thousand cohorts will explain what a prompt is. A handful are taught by people being paid this Tuesday to replace 50–200 hours of manual work for a real business.

If your mentor isn't shipping this week, you're being taught last year's pattern. Cohort 01 is taught by the team still on the keyboard — in the window before AI gets flattened into a feed.

01

Practitioners, not presenters

Your mentors are the engineers shipping hiring agents, RAG systems, and outreach automations for paying clients this week. The patterns they teach survived production last Tuesday.

03

One system. In production.

No five toy demos to forget by week seven. One system. Deployed, documented, measured. Running against a real problem inside your work.

Twelve sessions.
One mentor. Your code
on the screen.

Every Tuesday and Friday. 45 minutes. One-on-one. We open your repo. We read your prompts. We tell you what's wrong, what's right, what to do next. It isn't a Q&A. It's a working session with someone who's watched this fail and ship a hundred times.

The proof

We don't teach AI.
We ship it.
The cohort opens the door.

Every system in the curriculum has been built for a paying client. Every mentor is on the keyboard this week. You walk into the studio, not a classroom.

Pick one. Build it for real.

Track 01

A custom RAG knowledge assistant

Plugged into your docs, Slack, or Notion. Answers in your voice. Cites sources. Eval'd against questions that matter.

Track 02

An n8n + LLM lead-scoring agent

Enriches, scores, routes inbound leads. Reasoning steps you can audit. Replaces a manual research pass nobody enjoys.

Track 03

An internal AI ops tool

An agent that owns one recurring workflow at your company. In production by the end of week six.

Track 04

A brand-aware AI content system

Drafts and repurposes content in your brand voice. Prompt libraries and guardrails keep it in tone. Every time.

Six weeks. Nothing
that doesn't earn its place.

Week 01Foundations — how this stuff actually works, and breaks
Prompts, context windows, tokens, cost, latency. When models hallucinate and how to catch it. The magic gets stripped. What's left is the system you're really working with.
Week 02Retrieval that holds up in production
Chunking, embeddings, vector DBs, re-ranking. The patterns that survive contact with real-world data. And the demos that fall apart the moment they meet it.
Week 03Agents, tools, and the orchestration layer
n8n, LangChain, tool-calling, multi-step agents. Design for reliability, not demo-ability. How to keep an agent on rails when nobody is watching.
Week 04Production patterns — eval, guardrails, cost
Eval frameworks, observability, prompt versioning, fallback chains, cost control. The unglamorous craft that separates a demo from a system you'll put your name on.
Week 05Your system, end to end — mentor-led
You pick the real problem. We scope it, architect it, build it with you. The 1:1s carry the weight this week. The work starts pointing at production.
Week 06Ship. Measure. Defend the choices.
Deploy. Wire up measurement. Present what you built to the cohort and invited founders. You leave with a system that's running. Not a slide that says it could.

Who this is for.
And who it isn't.

Take a seat if
  • You're a founder, PM, ops lead, or engineer with a real problem to automate.
  • You can read Python or JavaScript. Or you're willing to learn fast.
  • You'd rather be in a room of nine serious builders than nine hundred spectators.
  • You want a mentor who'll say "this is wrong" before "great question".
  • You can give it eight focused hours a week for six weeks.
Skip it if
  • You want a passive video library to binge at 2× speed.
  • You expect no-code to do the engineering for you.
  • You're collecting certificates, not shipping things.
  • You can't carve out eight hours a week.

One price.
Held to one promise.

By application. We respond inside 48 hours. Refundable through the end of Week 01. The only risk is one week of your time.

Tell us what
you want to ship.

Three minutes. A few honest questions. We reply inside 48 hours and read every word. Ten seats earn that attention.

By submitting, your email client will open with your application — just hit send. We reply within 48 hours.

Straight answers.
No hedging.

Do I need to know how to code?
A little Python or JavaScript helps. If you can read code and aren't scared of a terminal, you'll be fine. If you've never touched code, this isn't the right cohort. Yet.
How much time per week?
Eight hours. Two cohort calls, two 1:1 sessions, and project work. You get out what you put in.
Is it live or async?
Both. Cohort calls and 1:1s are live. Curriculum, recordings, and Slack stay async. Timezones don't decide who learns.
Do I get a certificate?
No. You leave with a production AI system, an alumni network, and a reference from us if you ship well. That carries further than a PDF.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund through the end of Week 01. No questions. After that, no refunds. Ten seats means pulling out costs the room, not just you.
When does Cohort 02 run?
Roughly two months after Cohort 01 wraps. Email hello@wringlabs.in to hold a waitlist place if Cohort 01 is full.
