Cohort 01 · Applied AI · Now Open

Learn to build the
AI systems we
ship to clients.

6 weeks. 10 seats. Two 1:1 mentor sessions every week with the people actually building production AI workflows at WringLabs. No pre-recorded course dump. No 500-person Discord. Live, small, accountable — the way you'd want to learn from a studio that ships.

Limited to 10 seats · Application required · Built by practitioners, not professors

Most AI courses teach you
tools. We teach you
what we actually ship.

There are a thousand AI courses telling you what a prompt is. There are very few being taught by the people getting paid every week to replace 50–200 hours of manual work for real businesses. That's the difference.

01

Built by practitioners

Your mentors are the same people building hiring agents, RAG systems, and outreach automations for paying clients this week. You're not learning from someone who read the docs — you're learning from someone who shipped it on Tuesday.

03

You ship one real system

No 5 toy demos to forget by week 7. You leave the cohort with one production AI system — deployed, documented, and running in your own stack — that solves a real problem at your work or company.

12 sessions. Just you and
someone who builds this for a living.

Every Tuesday and Friday, 45 minutes, one-on-one. We open your repo. We read your prompts. We tell you what's wrong, what's good, and what to do next. This isn't a Q&A — it's a working session with someone who's seen this fail and ship a hundred times.

WringLabs Studio
Mentor · Applied AI Strategy
Scopes AI builds for real businesses. Helps you pick the right problem, the right boundary, and the right way to measure that it worked.

Real systems. Not slide decks.

Project type

A custom RAG knowledge assistant

Plug into your team's docs, Slack, or Notion. Answers questions in your voice, cites sources, and gets eval'd properly.

Project type

An n8n + LLM lead-scoring agent

Enriches, scores, and routes inbound leads with reasoning steps you can audit — replacing a manual research pass.

Project type

An internal AI ops tool

An agent that owns one boring, recurring workflow at your company — and actually runs in production at the end of week 6.

Project type

A brand-aware AI content system

Drafts and repurposes content in your brand voice, with prompt libraries and guardrails so output stays consistent.

Six weeks. No filler.

Week 01Foundations — how AI actually works (and breaks)
Prompts, context windows, tokens, cost, latency. When LLMs hallucinate and how to catch it. We strip away the magic so you know what you're actually working with.
Week 02RAG & retrieval that actually works
Chunking, embeddings, vector DBs, re-ranking. The patterns that survive contact with messy real-world data — and the demos that don't.
Week 03Agents, tools, and orchestration
n8n, LangChain, tool-calling, multi-step agents. Designing for reliability, not for demos. How to keep an agent on rails.
Week 04Production patterns — eval, guardrails, cost
Eval frameworks, observability, prompt versioning, fallback chains, cost control. The boring stuff that separates a demo from a system.
Week 05Build your system — mentor-led
You pick the real problem. We help you scope, architect, and build it. The 1:1s carry the weight here.
Week 06Ship, measure, present
Deploy to production. Wire up measurement. Present what you built to the cohort + invited founders. Leave with a system actually running.

Who this is — and isn't — for.

This is for you if
  • You're a founder, PM, ops lead, or engineer with a real problem to automate
  • You can code a little (or are willing to learn fast) — Python or JS
  • You want to be in the room with 9 other serious people, not 900 spectators
  • You want a mentor who will tell you "this is wrong" instead of "great question"
  • You can commit ~8 hours / week for 6 weeks
Skip this if
  • You want a passive video library to binge at 2× speed
  • You want no-code-only and expect AI to do everything for you
  • You're collecting certificates, not building things
  • You can't carve out ~8 hours / week

Straight answers.

Do I need to know how to code?
A little Python or JavaScript helps. If you can read code and aren't scared of a terminal, you'll be fine. If you've never touched code, this isn't the right cohort — yet.
How much time per week?
Plan for ~8 hours: 2 cohort calls (~3h), 2 × 1:1 sessions (~1.5h), and project work (~3.5h). You get out what you put in.
Is it live or async?
Both. Cohort calls and 1:1s are live. Curriculum, recordings, and Slack are async so timezones don't kill you.
Do I get a certificate?
No. You get a working production AI system, an alumni network, and references from us if you ship well. We think that's worth more than a PDF.
Refund policy?
Full refund up to the end of Week 1, no questions. After that, no refunds — because seats are 10 and pulling out hurts the cohort.
When does Cohort 02 run?
Roughly 2 months after Cohort 01 wraps. Get on the waitlist by emailing hello@wringlabs.in if Cohort 01 is full.

10 seats. Application-only.

If you've been waiting for an AI course that's actually built by people shipping production AI — and small enough that you'll get real attention — this is it.
